Beginning Saturday, May 23, boaters may launch from both the Heeney Marina and the Big Green boat ramps.  Trained, temporary watercraft inspectors and volunteers will staff both ramps and boaters should arrive with their vessels Clean, Drained and Dry to facilitate the inspection process.  The McDonald Flats Campground boat ramp will remain closed due to low water levels.&lt;/p&gt;
