DOW SEEKS GRAND VALLEY PRONGHORN POACHER

The pronghorn carcass was discovered on Thursday, March 4 by utility workers along a ditch road northwest of 24 and F ½ Roads in Grand Junction.

KIDS ICE FISHING DAY IN CRAIG

Colorado Fishing NewsCRAIG, Colo. - The Colorado Division of Wildlife will host a youth ice fishing event in Craig on Saturday, Feb. 27 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Little Rascals Pond (800 West 1st St.). All kids are welcome. Any youth 16 and older must have a current fishing license. Fishing poles, bait, lures, other ice fishing equipment and lots of hot chocolate will be provided. Participants need to bring warm layers of clothing, gloves, and hats. Participants can also bring their own fishing equipment.
