&lt;p&gt;Mitchell, of Roe, got a draw on a 70-pound, 8-ounce bighead carp July 31 and managed to land it near Wilson Bridge on Wilson Road. His fish – 51 inches from nose to tail – is the state-record bighead carp taken with unrestricted tackle.&lt;/p&gt;
