 <title>NJ Landscape Project Trainings</title>
 <link>http://www.fishingrssfeeds.com/node/4743</link>
 <description>New Jersey is the most densely populated state in the nation. One of the consequences of this distinction is the extreme pressure that is placed on our natural resources. As the population grows, we continue to lose or impact the remaining natural areas of the state. As more and more habitat is lost, people are beginning to appreciate the benefits -- and necessity -- of maintaining land in its natural state.</description>

 <title>Independence Township Steps Up for Amphibian Conservation</title>
 <link>http://www.fishingrssfeeds.com/node/3533</link>
 <description>&lt;p&gt;In March on rainy/ misty nights amphibians make their migratory trek from upland wintering habitats to their breeding pools. Many times, that migration involves a risky road crossing for the amphibians. The Division of Fish and Wildlife&#039;s Endangered and Nongame Species Program (ENSP) has been partnering with the Conserve Wildlife Foundation of NJ and the NJ Audubon Society for the past six years to identify crossing sites and gather data regarding the potential impacts of road mortality on amphibian populations in northern NJ.&lt;/p&gt;
