The 5th Annual Pequest Trout Hatchery NJ Teen Angler Youth Day will take place on Saturday, July 26, from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM. Sign-up is on the National Teen Anglers website http://www.teenanglers.org/
National Teen Anglers is a non-profit organization that starts fishing clubs in Middle and High Schools throughout the U.S. There is no cost to the participants.
Those 12 - 19 years old, who sign-up for the above event can bring their own fishing equipment (barbless hooks only) to fish for rainbow trout (up to 7 lbs.!) in the Fishing Education Pond. Bring a cooler w/ice to take your catch home. Some trout, and hotdogs will be grilled up, pondside, for lunch. There will be prizes for everyone!
